Not a lot of people know about Zapiekanka. Often called Polish Pizza and compared to French Pizza bread with it's similar look, it is something different. It has a delicious mushroom paste instead of red sauce. It originated in 70's when the baguette made it's way from France into the Polish kitchens. Open face baguette was topped of with mushroom and onion paste, cheese and covered in ketchup. This simple creation was sold on street corners out of small campers N126 that were the first food trucks/trailers in Poland. Our Zapiekanka has intense mushroom and onion paste, Mozzarella cheese, olives, roasted red peppers, meat and Pudliszki ketchup. Our Vegetarian and Italian options are served with Pesto.

KNYSZA

Knysza is often called a " Polish Kebab". It's origins comes from small food booth by the train station in Wroclaw. The item was invented in mid 90's with influence of Turkish Kebab served in Germany. Our Knysza is served in Pita bread with red and green cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, garlic sauce and meat. This creation is as filling and delicious as you can imagine.

POLISH SAUSAGE PLATE

We are serving a Polish Sausage plate. This includes a grilled 8" Polish Sausage - Wiejska ( Country Sausage ) straight from Polish meat producer in Chicago - Belmont Sausage. Along with the sausage we serve coleslaw, Polish spicy mustard Kamis, pickle spear and slice of bread. This fulfilling combo will keep you full for a long time.
