Growing up in Poland and then immigrating to Chicago and then to Denver, we wanted to introduce people of Colorado to delicious Polish food. Food that is simple, delicious and fresh with good quality ingredients.
The first attempt happened in 2012 at Louisville Farmer's Market in Louisville, Colorado. While serving only Zapiekankas, the feedback was fantastic ! Everybody liked the new food they tested and wanted to know where they can get more of it. Unfortunately this was the seasonal thing to check the appetite for Zapiekankas and Polish food but the idea of starting a food truck was born. It took a long time to manifest this business venture starting in spring of 2021 with purchase of a new enclosed trailer and fabricating it. In the Spring of 2023, the launching of 3 Peaks Polish Food trailer happened ! We are going strong and will be providing delicious Polish food on the streets of Denver Colorado for a long time.
